Earnings are credited to your account balance after the activity is verified by our partners. Verification periods vary by partner and may take from a few minutes to several days. All earnings are displayed in your account dashboard and are subject to our verification and fraud-prevention processes.
Points and rewards earned through the platform are subject to the following conditions: - The minimum payout threshold varies by payout method and is displayed on the payout page. - Payouts are processed within the timeframes specified for each method (typically 1-5 business days). - We reserve the right to modify payout methods, minimum thresholds, and processing times at any time. - Pending or unverified earnings may be reversed if the associated activity is deemed fraudulent or incomplete by our partners. - Earnings have no cash value until successfully withdrawn and are non-transferable between accounts. - Inactive accounts (no login or earning activity for 12 consecutive months) may have their balance forfeited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all earnings: - Using VPNs, proxies, or any technology to misrepresent your actual location. - Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities. - Completing surveys or offers with false, inconsistent, or fraudulent information. - Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete activities. - Reversing or charging back completed offers after receiving rewards. - Encouraging or facilitating others to violate these terms. - Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform's operations. - Engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse. We employ automated and manual fraud detection systems. Account holds, reversals, or bans resulting from prohibited activities are final and not subject to appeal.
You may withdraw your earnings through available payout methods, which may include gift cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or other options depending on your region. When requesting a payout: - You must provide accurate payout account details. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to user error. - Payouts are subject to verification and may be delayed or cancelled if suspicious activity is detected. - Some payout methods may have fees or processing limitations. - We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing large payouts. - Chargebacks or disputes on payouts may result in account suspension and a permanent ban.
All content on the Rewza platform, including the logo, design, text, graphics, software, and user interface, is the property of Rewza or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. User-generated content, if any, remains the property of the user, but you grant Rewza a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process such content as necessary to operate the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party survey providers, offer walls, and advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content, quality, safety, or legality of third-party offers, surveys, or websites. You interact with third-party services at your own risk, and any disputes regarding third-party activities should be resolved directly with the respective provider. Third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy policies that apply to your use of their services.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: - Violation of these Terms of Service. - Suspicious or fraudulent activity. - Failure to provide requested verification information. - Inactivity for an extended period. Upon termination, any pending or unverified earnings may be forfeited. Verified earnings in your balance at the time of termination may be withdrawn within 30 days, unless the termination was due to a violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@rewza.com.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that: - The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. - Earning opportunities will always be available or match the displayed estimates. - Earnings, rewards, or payouts will be accurate or timely. - Any errors or bugs will be corrected. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewza and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have earned through the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
